Delete your JobShop account and data

JobShop users can permanently delete their account directly in the mobile app.

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to JobShop.
2. Open Profile.
3. Open the account deletion option.
4. Choose Delete account and confirm the permanent deletion when prompted.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@jobbshop.com from an address you control. Include the phone number registered with JobShop and state that you want your JobShop account deleted. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

Delete selected data without deleting your account

In the JobShop app, open Profile. Use the remove or delete control in KYC Verification to delete an uploaded verification document, or in the resume/profile area to remove a stored resume or profile file. You may also email support@jobbshop.com with the registered phone number and identify the specific data you want deleted.

Data deleted or anonymized

Account deletion removes or anonymizes your JobShop account, profile, uploaded verification documents, applications, saved jobs, conversations, notifications, connections, and support records. Employer job listings are removed from active use.

Data that may be retained

Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, audit, dispute, tax, or legal-compliance records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations. Identifying labels in retained reports or payment records are anonymized where applicable.
