How we use information
We use information to provide accounts and profiles, match workers with opportunities, support hiring workflows, perform verification, communicate service updates, prevent misuse, resolve support requests, improve performance, and comply with applicable law.
How information is shared
Relevant profile and application information may be shown to employers when needed for hiring. Employer and job information may be shown to workers. Verification documents are shared only where required for an authorised workflow, legal obligation, fraud review, or service provider acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal information.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure, so users should protect passwords and OTPs, keep devices secure, and report suspicious activity promptly.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, complete hiring and verification workflows, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Retention periods may vary by data type.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, withdraw eligible consent, or raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or legitimate operational purposes.
